Can I connect 360inControl® with my other tools like JIRA, CONFLUENCE etc.?

With the trial tenant you can easily figure out it if 360inControl will suit your needs.
Only some restrictions are given:
– no upload functionality for attachments
– no data backup performed
– only 40 controls out of the 360inControl library published

If the trial period is too short, we offer an additional grace period, please contact us.
If you decide for a price plan, your Tenant specific set-up and data is kept.

The trial option and the trial functionality are provided up on discretion of the service provider. The trial set up can be changed at any time without pre-announcement.

We offer you a grace period. During the grace period you can still access the system to take out your data from the system. During this grace period you can still decide to renew your price plan.
Not renewing the price plan after grace period will lead to the deletion of your data and all access to 360inControl.
From this point on, CISS can delete all accesses and data of the Licensee without prior warning.

In 360inControl® you are having a dedicated Tenant volume for the subscribed time period.

Every individual in your Tenant is using an account, regardless, if the user is already registered in 360inControl®. The Tenant administrator is defining who can invite new users. The invitation is triggered via e-mail. The person inviting a new user can directly assign a specify role to the user.
New user to 360inControl® have to accept Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy prior to the account being created.
Tenant administrator sees only Tenant specific user and can mange these users (e.g. managing access rights, disabling).

Security is key for us. All data in transit and in rest is encrypted.
User Access Management is controlled by your Tenant Administrator(s).
Regular penetration tests are performed by an external security provider.
On request, we offer additional security measures like proxy encryption, two- factor authentication. Please get in contact with us for customer specific offer.

360inControl is designed to be mostly self explanatory.
Level 1 – integrated tool support
– Mouse-roll-over-functionality’ is implemented over all important fields.
– Filter functions for easy structuring and selection are integrated throughout the entire area.

Level 2 – e-mail support

In this case, you are still running in trial mode or you have chosen the price plan without controls. As a standard, we visualize 40 controls out of our control library to provide you with some information how the 360inControls are set-up.

Yes! Our price-plan provides you with maximal flexibility. You can adjust your price plan at any time, based on your needs.

Clients purchasing a price plan including the control library will not be able to downgrade to a price plan without controls.

Yes, every individual added to your Tenant counts regardless of its role.

Your price plan consists of a defined amount of users. Information about the usage can be found on the 360inControl dashboard. Every Tenant administrator has direct access to this important information.
First we recommend to review your user list on regular basis to ensure that only required users are listed.
Secondly you can upgrade to the next higher price plan.

Your price plan consists of a defined storage space. Information about the storage used are shown on the 360inControl dashboard. Every Tenant administrator has direct access to this important information.
Additional storage space can be purchased at any time. Furthermore, the administrator can deactivate the file upload functionality.

No! If the price plan is due for renewal, the price plan will not be renewed automatically. An e-mail is sent out to the administrators with the notice to renew price plan. If the price plan is not renewed, a grace period is automatically initiated.
The grace period is a voluntary service provided by CISS. You will be informed of the
period of grace and that if the price plan is not renewed, access to 360inControl will be blocked.
From this point on, CISS can delete all accesses and data of the Licensee without prior warning.

We do not refund for purchased price plans. Please make extensive use of the system to be sure that it suits your needs. If the trial period is too short prolongation can be requested once.

Please contact us with reason why the trial period should be prolongated. A prolongation can only be requested once.

Yes, you can select a new plan at any time. The difference will be charged until end of the original price plan period.

Currently 360inControl® supports only English. Other languages like German are under construction.

Nevertheless, in case you would like to create controls in different languages you can easily do this. E.g. for local implementation.
Please contact us, if there is an urgent need to support another language.

Templates are a powerful work tool.

Templates are essential for planning and setting up audits and assessments. It is possible to create standard templates and make them globally available. Ad-hoc checks can be easily initiated and monitored. Recurring activities, inspections and assessments can be planned centrally etc.
Templates can be at any time updated by the owner and people with respective access rights.

The CISS control library includes controls and mappings to the standards included in the price plan, e.g. ISO27001, ISO 27002, ISO 27005, COBIT5, GDPR, PCI etc.

If 360inControl® controls are changed or updated, you will receive a note in the control.
In case you have made copies of original 360inControl® controls (cloned controls) a warning sign is displayed and you can decide to update your Tenant control . This mechanism ensures, that the content of cloned controls is not automatically updated.

The 360inControl® control library contains unique controls covering requirements of different international standards e.g. ISO 27xxx series, etc.

Same requirements resulting from different standards are mapped to one control. The benefit of such a concept is to avoid control redundancies.

Yes. There are different options to integrate your company specific framework.

Option 1: Enter your own controls one by one including mapping to assets and standards.

Option 2: Bulk upload – 360inControl® provides a data structure for uploading controls, which is available at (link to data structure). With the upload function your company controls can be easily added to 360inControl®. After the upload, the assignment to assets and standards can be done.)

Cloned control means, that a copy of a control from the 360inControl library was created. This control is now added to your Tenant control library.

You can always create and manage your own control library, using 360inControl® tool only or 360inControl® with the control library.

Option1: you enter the standard information in the tool and map the controls yourself. Please ensure that there is no copyright infringement.

Option2: inform us about the standard you are looking for. We may have already included this standard in our Roadmap.

In the 360inControl® library you can generate a copy of the control which can be further modified. This control is now transferred to your Tenant specific control library and marked as a cloned control.

The system will notify you if a new version of the original control (360inControl® library) is available. This allows you to decide if you would like to use the latest version of the original control

You profit from a managed control library already mapped to many international standards. The controls in the library provide you with the unique opportunity to cover multiple standards with just one control.
